Pastors and Workers

A key part of the vision for Ellel Ministries is to be a resource to the local church by encouraging and assisting pastors and missionaries in their work of seeing believers become healthy, effective disciples, whose lives are both honouring God and attracting other people to Him.

In many ways the healing ministry is used by the Lord to improve the condition of the soil of people's lives (as seen in the Parable of the Farmer Scattering Seed in Mark 4:1-20). As the hard places are softened and the rocks and weeds are removed, it enables the person to receive God's Word without hindrance and therefore leads to greater fruitfulness. This in turn creates a healthy church which is able to be effective for God's work in proclaiming the Kingdom of God and bringing hope and healing to those in need.

We also have the heart to minister to pastors and missionaries who are in need. For many in leadership, it is a very lonely place and there is no one safe to go to for help. In addition to our normal Healing Retreats Ellel Ministries also has special ministry retreats in Scotland to meet this need.

  DVD series providing discipleship training for small groups in local churches.

  Specific resources to help a church grow their own prayer ministry team
