Ephesians 4:11-13. The word ‘cultivate’ may well define what we see regarding this program. The question then is: How do we as leaders, cultivate the right environment to prepare, help grow, and provide them with right equipping so that the church is effective in preparing God’s people for the works of service? There is need to cultivate, as one would on a farm! We will seek to explore how to cultivate for multiplication of Kingdom workers in the Church.
