What it’s All About.
Leaders within the church are raised by God to prepare, create the right conditions, to equip His people for works of service in different fields of God’s Kingdom. Ephesians 4:11-13. The word ‘cultivate’ may well define what we see regarding this program. The question then is: How do we as leaders create the right environment, prepare, help grow, and provide them with right equipping within the church to make the church effective in preparing God’s people for the works of service? There is need to cultivate, as one would on a farm! We will seek to explore how to cultivate for multiplication of Kingdom workers in the Church.
The Goal of the Program.
To help leaders Experience and understand Discipleship through Biblical Healing and Restoration. They will also receive a level of Equipping on how they can develop and grow Prayer Ministry Team in their local churches or institutions as Ellel Kenya comes alongside.
Role of A Prayer Ministry Team.
- To assist the Pastor/Leader in praying/Ministering to individual members.
- To offer effective counselling to needy members.
- To lead small groups like Home Cells effectively.
- Train/Lead Discipleship Group leader.
Who Qualifies for This 10 Days Program
- Those who’ve understood God’s call on their lives.
- Those with a burden to be used of God to help others in diverse ways.
- Those longing to be equipped to be more effective in their calling.
- Those who feel exhausted and needs a break or revitalization to continue.
- Those in positions of leadership I church or workplaces.
