A PROGRAM HEALING AND RESTORATION.
What it’s All About.
Leaders within the church are raised by God to prepare, create the right conditions and equip His people for works of service in different fields of God’s Kingdom. Ephesians 4:11-13. The word ‘cultivate’ may well define what we see regarding this program. The question then is: How do we as leaders, cultivate the right environment to prepare, help grow, and provide them with right equipping so that the church is effective in preparing God’s people for the works of service? There is need to cultivate, as one would on a farm! We will seek to explore how to cultivate for multiplication of Kingdom workers in the Church.
The Goal of the Program.
- To help leaders understand and experience Discipleship through Biblical Healing and Restoration.
- To help train leaders in principles and practice of prayer ministry.
- To Equip leaders on how they can develop and grow Prayer Ministry Team in their local churches or institutions as Ellel Kenya comes alongside.
Role of A Prayer Ministry Team.
- To support the Pastor/Leader in ministering to individual members.
- To offer effective prayer ministry to needy members.
- To lead small groups like Home Cells effectively.
- To train intercessors or lead intercession in the church.
Who Qualifies for This 10-Day Program
- Those who’ve understood God’s call on their lives.
- Those with a burden to be used of God to help others in diverse ways.
- Those longing to be equipped to be more effective in their calling.
- Those who feel exhausted and needs a break or revitalization to continue.
