Reverend Titus Soo is the Centre Director of Ellel Ministries Singapore and Deputy Regional Director for South-East Asia and East Asia. Ordained as an Anglican priest by the Anglican Diocese of Singapore, he is on full time secondment to Ellel Ministries Singapore.

Esther Soo is the Director of Training and Finance Departments, Ellel Ministries Singapore and Deputy Regional Director for South-East Asia and East Asia.
