APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Apply by completing this application form

2. You will receive a letter of acceptance together with an online link to pay the R 800 deposit. For those needing to apply for a visa, the invitation letter will only be sent once the deposit has been received. Please apply for a visa at least 7 weeks before the programme starts.

3. Your booking on the programme will only be confirmed once we have received your payment of your R 800 deposit.

4. The balance of your course fees are payable a week prior to the start of the course.

REFUND POLICY:

I understand that the deposit of ZAR 800 minus any bank/transfer fees is only refundable if my visa is not approved. Proof of the refusal letter from the South Africa authorities is required for a refund. I further understand that the course and accommodation fees are only refundable upon receipt of a written cancellation by email 7 days prior to the start of the Flagship school. We are governed by the rules of the South African Reserve Bank which stipulates that a refund can only be made payable to the account from where the money was made.
