It looks at key biblical principles from the ministry of Jesus which help in understanding how to better minister to the Body of Christ. Essential communication skills, such as attentive listening, developing sensitivity and how to ask questions are highlighted. Who we are and our heart attitudes are more important than what we know. Together we will discuss relational skills and there will be opportunities to use them in practical workshops.

The important personal qualities and characteristics we need, as well as the merits and dynamics of ministering with others.

Aspects like recognising a problem, discerning the root causes, areas for prayer and ongoing biblical discipleship.

Commonly encountered challenges, such as people's defence mechanisms, along with suggestions about to how to deal with these in love.
