Covid-19 Policy for Ellel Sydney
This policy was last updated on 11th February 2021.
Protecting our guests and helping everyone feel at ease
Ellel Ministries is founded on Luke 9:11 “Jesus welcomed the people…” and for almost 20 years the Lord has been using the ministry here in Australia, and all over the world, to be a place where His children can meet with Him and receive a touch of His Spirit. The ongoing testimonies of what God has done have been amazing, and all Glory goes to Him.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and team members are always at the forefront of our minds. To help everyone feel confident that our Centre here at Ellel Sydney is a safe place to be we are registered as a COVID Safe Business under the NSW Public Health Orders and have adopted strict Covid-19 Safety Plans covering all aspects of our work. We have built into our normal working practices an increased cleaning and sanitising regime, and measures to protect your personal space wherever possible. This guide details the measures we currently have in place to ensure everyone’s safety and wellbeing are carefully considered.
We actively monitor Government guidelines and adapt and respond with best practice at all times. We are confident in the operating procedures we have in place, but we are more confident in the faithful God that we serve. Our fundamental trust that God is not surprised or limited by anything gives us confidence that even if things are run a little differently, God will still move powerfully in the lives of His people. Nothing can replace the importance of prayer and trust. He is our guide and our shield throughout these days!
This God - his way is perfect; the word of the LORD proves true; he is a shield for all those who take refuge in him. Psalm 18:30
Be assured – we are working hard to keep you, and all our team safe, but we are also praying hard! We love nothing more than hearing how welcome and “at home” our guests feel, and we cannot wait to welcome you back. Our prayer is that even though some practicalities may be different you will feel just as comfortable and able to relax and enjoy the Lord’s presence as ever.
With many blessings
Paul Ryan, Ellel Sydney Centre Director
