The Lord set me free from fear. From a very young age I was always filled with fear, rejection, anxiety and worry. At the age of 45 I lost my husband in 2015 after a short illness. Grief came in and, combined with the other emotions, I could hardly cope. I walked around carrying this heavy load. I was invited to attend a healing retreat and I had 2 people praying with me the whole weekend. For the first time I poured out all the emotions that I had bottled up. I cried a lot and each time I came out of a prayer session I felt lighter, the load was being lifted off me little by little. By the end of the 2 days the heavy load had been taken off completely. I felt peace inside me, a sense of calmness that I cannot explain and it has been with me since. Thank you Lord for healing me from all these negative emotions.
