The whole course is exceptional very relevant to me. I have gone away with a lot to think about. I have learnt that I don't have just to cope and be so independent. God is good & loves me, even me!.... Read More...

Time is Running Out!

“Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near.”
Isaiah 55:6, NIV

There will come a day and a time when Jesus comes again. Nothing is more certain. All the promises about the first coming of Jesus were precisely fulfilled. And there are more promises in Scripture about the second coming than there were about the first. The world is on notice and as every day passes we get closer and closer to the day when Jesus returns as King of Kings.

As we see and hear about the awful events currently unfolding in the world, people are being forced to ask serious questions about the prophecies Jesus made about His own return. Some are searching the Scriptures and looking for answers. No, I am not going to make any predictions as to when, but it will happen.

I will remind you, however, of the significance of our Scripture for today - time is running out! If we do not know the Lord for ourselves, then, as a matter of urgency, stop whatever you are doing, humble yourself before the Lord, the Creator of the Universe, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ and come to Him now. And, as John tells us in John 1:12, “As many as receive Jesus, Who believe in His name, have the right to become children of God.”

None of us knows either the day or the hour when Jesus will come again or the day or the hour of the time when we ourselves have to prepare to meet our Maker. The events of the world are a huge wake-up call for the Body of Christ. Don’t delay reaching out to the Lord your Saviour. If you do, salvation will come to your house today!

Prayer: Thank You, Jesus, for the urgency of today’s Scripture. Thank You for reminding me that it is only in You that there is salvation and forgiveness. I come to You afresh today, confess my sin and my need of a Saviour, and invite You to be Lord of my life. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
