I would go to God and forgive, I knew I had to ... I'd cry my eyes out, I'd forgive them but I didn't always deal with the emotion because I didn't always know what I was feeling. God is helping me recognise what each of them are, to let them go with Him and get it out .. I can be filled with something better.
