I arrived tense, hurting and disappointed with many unresolved issues rushing around my head. I left a fortnight later rested, rejuvenated and hopeful, because now I had tools to deal with the ‘stuff that happens’.
Operation Blairmore was a safe sanctuary for me. Treated like royalty in the most beautiful home and surroundings, fed with the ‘finest of the wheat’ and given loving, focused and wise counsel, God began His deep work in my heart.
What a joy and a privilege to have unadulterated ‘me time’ for two whole weeks with no schedules, demands or expectations. There was a marked contrast between the worn out, disillusioned, angry group we were on the first night and those who testified on the last night of all God had done!
