Our Vision and Mission

Our Vision

Ellel Ministries is an international non-denominational Christian mission organization with a vision to resource and equip the church by welcoming people, teaching them about the Kingdom of God and healing those in need.

The foundational scripture for the ministry is Luke 9:11 where Jesus welcomed the people, taught them about the Kingdom of God and healed those who were in need. These three elements make up the work of Ellel Ministries -  welcoming people, teaching them about life in the Kingdom of God and ministering God's healing to their lives.

Our Mission

Our mission is to fulfil this vision throughout the world, as God opens the doors, in accordance with the Great Commission of Jesus . To work alongside and in unity with the Body of Christ worldwide, fulfilling the call of the church to proclaim the Kingdom of God by preaching the good news, healing the broken-hearted and setting the captives free. We are, therefore, committed to evangelism, healing, deliverance, discipleship and training.

The particular scriptures on which our mission is founded are:

Jesus welcomed them (the crowds) and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who needed healing.
Luke 9:11
The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me because the LORD has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the broken-hearted,to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the LORD’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion—to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor.

They will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the places long devastated; they will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations. Strangers will shepherd your flocks; foreigners will work your fields and vineyards. And you will be called priests of the LORD, you will be named ministers of our God. You will feed on the wealth of nations and in their riches you will boast. Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.
Isaiah 61:1-7
When Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases, and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.
Luke 9:1-2
Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Matthew 28:18-20
To equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.
Ephesians 4:12
And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.
2 Timothy 2:2
